Personal Care Services is a program that aims at providing assistance to individuals in their homes. This assistance allows individuals to remain safe and independent in their own homes for as long as possible. Personal Care services are available to anyone who possesses a need for assistance in their home. Care can be a minimum of 1 hour or for up to 24 hour periods (depending on availability of care providers) and for 1 -7 days a week. Our care providers are trained and criminally checked upon hire. Additional training and 24 hour nursing supervision is available to them and our clients 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week.
Services provided under Personal Care include:
- Bathing
- Companion care
- Transportation for errands (Medical Transport is brokered by Medicaid to AMR, we can assist with this process)
- Dressing
- Eating
- Exercise
- Grocery shopping
- Housekeeping
- Laundry
- Meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Mobility
- Personal hygiene
- Toileting
Payors include:
Idaho Medicaid – based upon eligibility (we can help you determine your eligibility, give us a call. We will help you step by step through this process).
Private pay insurances - we can look at your policy to help you determine your benefits.
Private Pay individuals - you dictate the day and the time. (1 hour minimum)
